Oh Elmo!

This cute elmo photo holder is perfect for showing off a special photo. I didn't put the finishing touches on it until this morning. I have 3 boys, and as soon as I added the name and the photo the other two boys wanted one made for them too....including the 15 year old!

You can make one yourself at the Oh Elmo class on April 15th from 6pm to 8pm. The cost is $15 for non members and only $5 if you are a member of the Quickutz die cut club. Please call or drop in to sign up. You will need to bring a paper trimmer, a glue pen, 3d foam adhesive or pop dots, and regular adhesive.

Enjoy the weekend!

Easter is coming!!

Well, we all know that Spring has arrived, and pretty soon it will be Easter weekend!

In April I will be doing a cute Easter Bunny layout, that is sure to be perfect for all
those Egg Hunt photos.

This class has already proved to be very popular, and our initial count has filled up. I have
extended the class count, and have chosen different pattern papers to be used for those that
will sign up from this point forward. If you want a peek at the new papers, just pop into the
store and take a look. They are hung on the wall with the original layout.

New Product

This month's Quickutz releases arrived today. They are adorable! I've taken a photo of my three faves! They will be up on the website for ordering soon...but feel free to drop in and buy them right out of the box...it saves me from unpacking! :>)

New Prima arrived, both flowers and say it in crystals and pearls, as well as their stitched paper. You won't be disappointed by them.

And who's that in the bottom photo? It must be Lisa picking up more paper for classes. Can you believe that she is working on June classes already. Come quick and give her a rub, maybe whatever inspiration has hit her is contagious. We'll only charge $5 a rub. $10 if you want a squeeze.

Be happy, frowns weigh you down.

Stories By Everyone Photo Books

You can now create your very own professional quality photo book using the on line program and templates provided by Scrapbooks Etc at http://www.storiesbyeveryone.com/ Creating a photo book is NOT digital scrapbooking. You don't need to know anything about photoshop to do it. All you need to be able to do is click, drag and drop. Ok, so there is a wee bit more to it than that, but not much! We have a completed sample in the store if you want to come in and take a peek. There are also samples on the Stories by Everyone website. If you decided to create a book, please use our exclusive access code:

Rough and Tough

With so many "girlie" products out there, creating girl pages are so easy. We seem to be more challenged when it comes to creating those boy pages though. I have 2 boys of my own, and I know that I am so very glad to see more boyish papers coming out!
This next class is perfect for anyone who is in need of working on boy pages, so come on out and have some fun!

Product Update

The boys and I are enjoying the sunshine streaming into the livingroom at home today, but I thought I'd better send you an update on some of the new items that are now out on the shelves. Kim is at the store today, madly trying to get the Tuesday Special up on the web AND keeping all those Tuesday scrappers under control, but I'm sure she would love even more company to show the new product off too. She is good at that, isn't she! Anyway, here is a peek..

New Bo Bunny which I already told you a little about. It is awesome! Especially if you need BOY papers. We also received some new Edgy Books, chipboard albums with different shaped edges. 3 Bugs came too and they also have some cute boys things. St Patty's day is coming and so is easter, so we loaded up on some old favorites and some new papers in those themes. If you like Bazzill's Just the edge cardstock, new shapes arrived. Die Cuts with a View paper packs are a great way to get a lot of beautiful paper at a great price. More lovely loose glitter papers came from them as well, but alas have not yet made it out of the box. And last but not least, the new SILHOUETTE is here! I'm working on the website between play time today, so you will see new items up there soon. Meanwhile, I'm off to play Trouble with the boys...you know, the kind of trouble that is "lots of fun!" Pop - o -matic pop the dice, pop a six and you move twice!!

Enjoy the day!
Sheila
