CHA Day Two

I'm a little tardy posting this. I can't get myself adjusted to the new time zone, so I was in bed extremely early last night. But I'm here now! :>)

Oh the things we will do for Tim! He was giving out a free die at the opening of each day of the show, so I joined the ranks of the desperate mob and made a mad dash to the sizzix booth as soon as they let us in the show. I didn't get trampled, which I was genuinely concerned about, but I did end up with....

I loved Crate Paper's paper doll collection. It was even cuter in person than it was on the web, but here is the link. http://www.cratepaper.com/page/page/3692363.htm

Tattered Angels has some interesting new products. Chalkboard has the same glimmer finish as the original, but it is opaque. Glam is a water soluble paint that has the glimmer of glimmer mist. Glaze is just what it sounds like, a glaze paint. It comes in 24 different colours. I think the chalkboard looks the most interesting!

Karen Foster has some great new themed papers including HOCKEY! Hooray! As well as some other hard to find themes like baptism.

I've picked up a new company that I think the card makers will like. Their products make the cutest 3 dimensional cards. They also have decoupage elements. If you aren't into "cute" that is OK, because they have very elegant pieces as well....but I only photographed the cute ones. Take a look. These little guys rock back and forth. I'm excited for my order to arrive so I can make some samples.

Prima has some lovely new items as always. My favorite was the say it in pearls that they added little roses to. Oh so lovely! Take a look at the video on their website. http://www.primamarketinginc.com/

Well that's all for now....if only you could all be here...there really is too much too much to tell you about. My camera and I have not been getting along too well, so sadly I have very little photos to share. Maybe it will co-operate with me for day 3!

  2. I would definitely risk getting trampled for some yummy Tim Holtz goodies. You did the right thing, LOL!
